HAIRY SITUATION - A Comedy Show by ALOK
ALOK (they/them) has made a name for herself internationally in recent years as a writer, comedian, speaker and actor. ALOK's new program “HAIRY SITUATION: A Comedy Show by ALOK” will finally be performed live at Berlin's Punchline Club on 2 May with her sharp-witted humour, unmistakable style and numerous personal stories.

Being trans and coming from India is often enough of a classic “hairy situation” for ALOK. ALOK finds herself in several such situations in her new stand-up show: being mistaken for a mega-famous Brazilian DJ, messing up TikTok make-up tutorials and booking an appointment at the European Wax Center. Incredibly astute and wonderfully silly at the same time. ALOK finally returns to Germany on May 2, 2025. At the Punchline Club Berlin, the audience can expect a unique mix of comedy, performance and personal reflection with “HAIRY SITUATION: A Comedy Show by ALOK”. Once again, ALOK will make the audience laugh and at the same time take a profound look at social issues.
