Afterwards, the author and illustrator Patricia Vester will read from her book "Dunkelgold". The workbook on black biographies of children and young people is dedicated to the processing of history and reveals Brandenburg's involvement in the slave trade. In doing so, it makes visible a chapter of history that has hardly been conveyed in the previous narratives of the splendor and wealth of the palaces.
