The painter and graphic artist Wolfgang Sterrer, who comes from Austria and now lives in Falkensee, has had his studio in the Gerd Steinmöller Artists' House on the Citadel for more than 10 years.

His artistic work focuses on the defining themes of our time. His expressive, gestural language of color and form is based on what he has experienced, seen, and above all on nature. His professional work in typography and graphic design visibly influences his compositions.
In this exhibition The small FORMAT and more, he presents primarily his miniatures, small pictures, some of which were created especially for the exhibition, as well as woodcut prints and works from recent years.
