The rights and participation opportunities of refugees in Germany are constantly changing. In most cases, the scope for action is becoming more limited.
There are tightenings in the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act and in the deportation law, the accommodation of refugees is becoming increasingly precarious and access to needs-based language and integration courses is being restricted.
These and many other developments particularly affect refugees with disabilities.
