NoonSong - Song & Prayer
Jewish traditions in NoonSong - The Psalms that are sung every week in NoonSong belong to the core of the
Jewish books. However, as they are only sung in polyphony in reformed
synagogues, there is only a small repertoire compared to the countless psalm
settings from the Christian churches.

Mendelssohn's compositions that can be
heard today were written for the Anglican service. With his great setting of
the Jewish liturgy, the Swiss-American composer Bloch created artistically
outstanding music that continues to set standards today.
