Kaŝita Kanto are a German-language singer-songwriter duo who have also been at home in India since the pandemic. On their "Auch wenn es laut ist" tour, they give space to topics that seem to fade away in the noise of our time. Thoughts about meaning and transience alternate with images that capture the moment in its simple particularity.

Their mixture of philosophical indie folk, gentle songwriting and cheeky kind-of-pop, underpinned by the inimitable spherical sound of the Shruti Box, is a refreshing insider tip in the flood of mainstream music. Sensitive guitar melodies and powerful vocals blend like sweet chai and spicy masala during their concerts - wonderfully warm and imbued with a feeling of vastness and connection. Poems and anecdotes, including some about her life in India, also take the audience on a journey and give her concerts a unique flavour.
