NEXT GENERATION is the festival program for the next generation of young people. Discover, create, participate: Since 2019, NEXT GENERATION has been creating spaces at Young Euro Classic where children and young people can experience culture.

PROGRAM

Bum Clack Boing!

Come with us into the world of rhythm and dance! Together we explore all the sounds in the room, on instruments and our own bodies and find out what you can use to make music.

A children's participatory performance with lots of movement and imagination.

At 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. in the concert hall, music club

Rigo & Rosa
Rigo and Rosa are on the trail of big and small: The big leopard and the little mouse experience big and small adventures together, have big and small conversations and share big and small feelings. And it's always about their friendship, "which is so colorful, warm, big and thick" that it bursts every stage.

The composer Aziza Sadikova, who was already heard with the piece "Mopitu" together with the Quillo ensemble at Children's Day 2022, sets the stories of Rigo & Rosa to music with enchanting sounds based on the book by Lorenz Pauli and Kathrin Schärer.

At 12:00 p.m. in the Konzerthaus, Small Hall.

Junior Academy Germany – France – Czech Republic

At this year's Junior Academy, not just two, but three countries will be on stage together. Young musical talents between the ages of 4 and 19 from Germany, France and the Czech Republic will rehearse together for two weeks in Horažďovice, Czech Republic, and will work on a varied program that focuses on the classical traditions of all three countries - including a children's symphony composed especially for the academy by Jiří Kabát. Celebrate the premiere of this special string orchestra and the diversity of music with us!

At 1:30 p.m. in the Konzerthaus Berlin, Large Hall.
