“TRANSIT” - working title for the exhibition in St. Peter’s Church

Search engines mention terms such as passage or passage, which can have architectural, astronomical or artistic meaning. In his pictures, levels of meaning are supplemented with conceptual games such as time(t)space or color(t)space. Transitions arise from naturalistic - associative to flat combined designs - in painting and drawing.

PLACE - mostly open architectures fed by memories, landscapes that I have cycled through and passages in movement variations in tango.

The formats are filled with free, object-related form-finding from the life experiences of my time period and socially discussed terms such as 'turning point' and transformation.

"TRANSIT" also has a range of meaning in a church-religious context. The artist occasionally uses specially manufactured neon tubes to accentuate the image.
