The Berlin State Sports Association (LSB) is once again inviting people to the traditional family sports festival in Berlin's Olympic Park. At the capital's largest mass sports festival, sports clubs and associations will present themselves with over 150 free participation offers from the areas of sport and health. Entry and the sports participation offers are free.

Highlights of the event are the health mile, the German sports badge, the BSR children's training and an all-day show program with lots of dancing and music on stage. There are numerous activities and attractions for young and old. Entry is free.

The participation offers range from fun and trendy sports such as floorball, disc golf, spikeball, padel tennis, to traditional sports such as gymnastics, rugby, archery, dancing, judo, rowing, table tennis, hockey, handball, football and much more.

A diverse, low-threshold offer awaits the children of this year's family sports festival as part of the Special Olympics World Games.

The Berlin Gymnastics Youth provides an exercise offer for EVERYONE, where it is not about gymnastic ability, but about having fun with exercise. Various stations invite the children to balance, climb, jump and romp.

BERLIN HAS TALENT

You too have talent!

Find out everything you need to know about the German Motor Skills Test from the BERLIN HAS TALENT program and take the opportunity to demonstrate your motor skills in selected exercises. The BERLIN HAS TALENT program is an initiative of the Berlin State Sports Association and the Berlin Senate, with the aim of encouraging and challenging Berlin children in sports.

Family Land

Whether you are a mother, father, child, family with multiple children, single-parent family, foster family, rainbow family or patchwork family, people with or without mental, physical and multiple disabilities, grandchildren and grandparents - everyone is welcome to the sport of the generations.

In Family Land you can test your fitness as a family duo (or family trio, quartet...). Everyone from young to old can take part, two or more generations each form a team. Discover the Special Olympic World Games with various sports games and small quizzes.

Football - Hertha BSC

Show off your football skills on the soccer court, on the goal wall or in speed kick. You can also prove what you can do as a team on the table football table. There is also a bouncy castle for everyone. Great Hertha prizes are up for grabs on the wheel of fortune. Of course, your favorite bear Herthinho will also be stopping by on both days so you can pick up an autograph card and take pictures with him.

Healthy exercise through sport

Whether it's sporting activities, quick checks or individual consultations - there are offers for all ages. You and your children or grandchildren can get active and try out different training equipment. Our sports scientists will be happy to advise you on which exercise is right for you, even if you already have limitations or have never done "sport" before.
