For two years, the HfS has been offering acting students and teachers from Kharkiv an artistic home in exile in Berlin with the TheaterakademieCharkiw@Busch.
As the climax of the project, they are now inviting all Kharkiv graduates from Ukraine and the world in exile to the ZUKUNf/sT Festival in Berlin to jointly develop utopias of a Ukrainian culture in Europe and to throw them onto the stage(s) for the Berlin audience.
In many different forms and media, the next generation of Ukrainian artists will share their perspectives, desires, fears and love of theater with the Berlin theater landscape. Immerse yourself in the energetic visions of the future of a culture that is redefining itself, experience theater, music, art and poetry and discuss together how German and Ukrainian theater can grow together and with each other into the near future.
