Stories without words told for deaf and hearing people (4+)

Curious and adventurous, OttO Augenmerk travels from universe to universe. Finally, he lands on Earth. He decides to stay and get to know it. First, he builds a roof over his head. With adhesive tape and imagination, he creates a house, a bed, a kitchen, a shower, a hairdryer and other everyday things. OttO learns to use everything - and then he gets bored. One day is the same as the next.

Fortunately, he has the unique ability to create things and change them in any way he wants. He goes in search of new colors to make his world more colorful and beautiful.

Finally, OttO Augenmerk brings the audience onto the stage, where they can let their creativity run free with body movements and adhesive tape.

12 and 13 September 2024 with Nadia Kichler, 14 and 15 September 2024 with Jan Kress.

“Creating the world for yourself, using the simplest of means and with a large portion of imagination and inventiveness – Otto Augenmerk succeeds in doing this in an astonishing way in this sensitive and humorous production for deaf and hearing children, without any words and with a stage aesthetic that is as simple as it is fascinating.”
