An important part of the yoga path is inner and outer cleansing (Shauca). In yoga practice, this is done through twists, inversions, and breathing and relaxation exercises. They all have an inner cleansing effect.

Metabolism and blood circulation are stimulated, the immune system is strengthened, and people give themselves new energy. The internal organs are massaged and the removal of toxins is stimulated. Yoga works on all levels. External purity also means eating pure food.

After the yoga class, participants learn a lot of interesting facts on a tour of the nature conservation station - both about the plants grown there and about wild ones. They also learn what to consider when picking and look at options for sustainable processing and storage.

Afterwards, under expert guidance, they collect herbs and seasonal fruit and vegetables together, which are ideal for preparing a green smoothie. This is supplemented with juicy fruits and delicious spices, among other things. The ingredients are processed together - either to take away or, if possible, to enjoy on site - on the wonderfully natural grounds of the nature conservation station.

At the end, all clean up together.
