Malerei, Zeichnung, Text und Kleinplastik

The term "Zwischenwelten" (in-between worlds) encompasses places of transition and transformation between space and dimension. Under this title, the “Kreative Werkstatt” of the Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal and "Die Macherei" of the Johannesstift Diakonie Proclusio present works by 10 artists who express themselves through painting, drawing, printmaking, small sculptures, text, and collage.

Some works were developed over a long period, while others are spontaneous notes. The variety of interpretations is evident both formally and in terms of content. The interspace, the negative and positive forms, and the play of colors are central design elements, allowing encounters between worlds on each individual sheet. This exhibition invites encounters that can extend beyond the artistic and thematic aspects – exploring the threshold of reality and fiction, dream and longing.
