with the Konzerthausorchester Berlin and Andris Poga

Short and sweet - these are the short concerts ‘8Zehn30’. On Thursdays from 6.30 pm, the Konzerthaus Berlin invites you to a one-hour concert at the end of the day.

Let go of the daily grind and simply immerse yourself in 60 minutes of music without a break - regardless of whether the end of the day is already in sight or you still have to work an evening shift.

The orchestra musicians of the Konzerthausorchester Berlin accompany their audience through a short(er) concert evening - from the personal introduction to the joint after-concert drink at the bar in the Beethoven Hall. This time they are travelling to Russia. Dmitri Shostakovich is considered one of the most important Russian composers of the 20th century. His 10th Symphony will be played in the short concert.

  • Dmitri Schostakowitsch - Sinfonie Nr. 10 e-Moll op. 93
