OPERA SERIA IN THREE ACTS
The Academy for Early Music Berlin (Akamus) was founded in Berlin in 1982 and is now one of the leading chamber orchestras that specialize in historical performance practice.
The ensemble can look back on an impressive success story and is a constant and much sought-after guest on international concert stages.
The orchestra has had its own subscription series in the Konzerthaus Berlin for over 30 years and has been shaping the baroque repertoire of the Staatsoper Unter den Linden with its unmistakable musical signature since 1994
