The laboratory enables the establishment of an experimental space based on the artistic and creative concerns of the individual participants and the collective corpus.

Starting from the conception of the body as a trans- and interdisciplinary instrument, the meetings are activated through various discussions about the relationships between performance and its behavior of resistance.
The meetings dealt with the production and reflection of performance and its development in artistic, social and political contexts in connection with technology.
The laboratory proposes a discussion about the place of the body and performance in social and political contexts.
How does the body live as a mediator of experiences with the world and with the other in the midst of violence and contradictions?
What feeling of radical freedom can we evoke?
How can the body be a flow and environment for these discussions even after the performative action?
These and other questions guided the work during the laboratory and will be the axis of the open performance classes.
Based on practical exercises and techniques developed by the artist Andressa Cantergiani over the course of more than seven years as a lecturer in performance art and educational workshops, mainly in Brazil.
Starting from techniques of relaxation and resistance, self-care and self-defense, the games of Augusto Boal, practical exercises of radical tenderness tested with the collective La Pocha Nostra, exercises with objects, exercises and experiments with projectors and body mapping -Scanning for relationships and the expansion of the body through technology, as well as references to texts for theoretical and conceptual deepening.
In the meetings, the artist will support the development of the participants' ongoing projects as well as new projects in performance for beginners.
The laboratory is open to artists and non-artists to create a diverse and heterogeneous space for collective listening.
On the second day of the workshop, a public jam session will be held with some activities and videos produced by the participants.
