The queer singer/songwriter Medium Build, also known as Nick Carpenter, from Alaska expresses what he feels and thinks in his songs and finds his own musical language. In 2015 he founded his music project with a guitar, cassette deck and an anti-ADHD medication and has been using his alter ego to process his life ever since.

His stories are often simple and disarmingly honest. Medium Build was on the road as support on Holly Humberstone's Europe-wide tour, impressed at Rolling Stone Beach and always left a lasting impression on the audience, not least through his great sense of humor. This year he will be coming to Berlin on tour in November with his album, which will be released in April.
