Young Euro Classic 2024
In 2023 they celebrated their 50th anniversary, and now the young musicians of the German String Philharmonic can finally be heard again at the Young Euro Classic.

Konzerthaus Berlin - Großer Saal
The string ensemble presents a diverse program: the Partita by the Czech composer Gideon Klein, the saxophone concerto by Alexander Glazunov, played by the English saxophonist Jess Gillam, new works by Shir-Ran Yin, performed by a violinist with connections to rock and heavy metal scene to become a composer and arranger. The music of the Ukrainian composer Hanna Hawrylez can also be heard.
The sonorous conclusion is Pjotr Tchaikovsky's string serenade.
