The London indie pop band Sea Girls released their third album "Midnight Butterflies" in June and have taken their music to a new level. The tracks sound even tighter and more direct than they already do, are concentrated melodic joy and pop perfection in twelve parts.

The lead single “Weekend And Workdays” from September already contains one of their strongest choruses, and the previously released “I Want You To Know Me” also shines with a perfect pop hook, positive lyrics and this big yet catchy melody. This carefree attitude continues throughout the album.

The songs embrace the rush of life and that we have to be smart enough to recognize and appreciate it, says Sea Girls frontman Henry Camamile: »The record is largely about being in the moment and trying to escape everyday life to escape. And we really let off steam here.”
