Late romantic concert with works by Barber, Britten, Brahms, Wolf, Schubert, Debussy, Chopin and others as well as free improvisations.

ANGELA WINGERATH lives as a freelance singer in Berlin. She studied opera and song singing at the University of the Arts. During her studies, she expanded her vocal techniques by collaborating with contemporary music composers. Her artistic work moves in this area of tension between traditional singing and her own expression.

She is particularly interested in song singing, contemporary music, improvisation and vocal performance. Her diverse range of vocal expression has led her to perform in a wide variety of musical and performing contexts.

PHILINE KANTER received her first piano lessons at the age of five and was later accepted into Professor Karl-Heinz Will's piano remedial class at the “Rudolf-Wagner-Regeny” conservatory in Rostock.

She then studied with Professor Klaus Bäßler at the “Hanns Eisler” University of Music in Berlin, where she completed her studies with a soloist diploma. Further studies and master classes followed with a particular interest in song creation and accompaniment. Philine Kanter has performed with various singers and chamber music ensembles on international stages.
