The Bavarian cabaret artist Martina Schwarzmann has been part of the celebrated comedy elite for many years. With her characteristic appearance - glasses, bun and guitar - she gives expression to her grotesquely humorous songs, dances and lectures, sharing bizarre experiences and everyday madness in her inimitable way.

In the tradition of Bavarian comedy, Martina Schwarzmann is a master of storytelling. She always surprises her audience with unusual perspectives and her texts, which deal with the small absurdities of everyday life and transform them into the absurd in a hilarious way.

Before devoting herself to cabaret, the Bavarian native trained as a chef after graduating from secondary school and then worked in this profession for a full eight years.

Despite her friends' concerns, Martina Schwarzmann dared to take the plunge into cabaret. She took guitar lessons and refined her voice to achieve her dream. In 2000 she began her self-confident journey on the stages and quickly gained notoriety - the starting signal for a remarkable and humorous career.
