Digital advice

Digital-Zebra is a new kind of advice center in Berlin's public libraries. Specially trained library staff, the Digital-Lots*innen, are there for people who need digital support.

Digital advice is available every Wednesday and Friday in the Janusz Korczak Library. Anyone can drop by during fixed service times without making an appointment. The requests can range from setting the ringtone in your cell phone, to booking an appointment with the doctor online, to creating an email address. The digital pilot is happy to help and offers personal advice in the digital world.

IPads and printers are available as part of the consultation if you do not have your own devices or cannot bring them with you.

Times:
Wednesdays, 13:00 - 15:00 and 16:00 - 18:30
Fridays, 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 17:00

Location: Janusz Korczak Library
                 Berliner Straße 120-121, 13187 Berlin

The offer is free of charge.
