Wannseeweg

Passing eight lakes

The path along the Wannsee is one of the most popular hiking trails on Berlin’s southwest side. Running 25 km, it leads past popular destinations such as the Glienicke Remise Palace, Pfaueninsel and popular spots for a swim. The path is marked in blue and white. The eight lakes along this route offer plenty of green shores and refreshment. If you don’t want to walk the entire Wannseeweg in one go, you can jump on or off the S-Bahn at Wannsee, Schlachtensee or Grunewald stations.
