18 compositions on Bach's Goldberg Variations presented by Ilya Friedberg, piano. Russian-Israeli pianist, chamber musician and composer Ilya Friedberg actively supports the composition of new music and has recorded works by composers such as Nicholas Hubbell, Andreas Schmidt-Hartmann, Douglas Hofstadter and David Baker.

His follow-up project was the recording of Bach's Goldberg Variations: he commissioned new variations on the canon used in Bach's Goldberg aria from 18 composers from all over the world. This collection is scheduled to be released on CD in 2024. Other recordings include works by Sergei Rachmaninoff and Carl Reinecke as well as David Baker's piano trio Roots II.
