East Berlin. Emma and Ludwig want to “move over,” get married in Paris and live in the West. To do this, Emma is hired as a caregiver for Werner Hofmann to look after his senile mother. It's not there by chance; this apartment has a secret passage that leads to the other side of the wall.

The situation is already complicated enough, but when Werner is also a Stasi agent, he always has one eye on the files and the other on Emma, and the apartment is actually a nest of spies, it becomes burlesque. And who is “the violinist” and what is the code word?
Questions upon questions that are resolved comedically. “Stasi, stress and stumbling blocks”, the comedy that brings walls down.
