On The Road Again
Half a century ago, the Dubliners, the legendary Irish folk group, performed in Germany for the very first time. Now their offspring The Dublin Legends are returning. They are joined by singer and guitarist Sean Cannon, who was part of the group back in 1982.

When The Dublin Legends take to the stage, within a few minutes you feel like you're sitting in an Irish pub. The beating heart of Ireland, where tales of sailors, fiery romances and ill-fated loves are told while you savour a pint of Guinness or a good whiskey.
No band can create such an authentic and infectious atmosphere with as much enthusiasm as this four-piece band - Sean Cannon, Gerry O'Connor, Shay Kavanagh and Paul Watchorn. True folk fans may know the musicians better under the legendary name The Dubliners. The band disappeared when frontman John Sheahan retired in 2012. But the legend remained!
Just like the incredible pub atmosphere that gets the audience stomping and clapping. The Dublin Legends play Irish folk exactly as it should be - pure from the heart. They don't need shiny stage sets or special effects to make an impression and that's exactly what the group proves time and time again when they get the audience celebrating with their rousing songs and melancholy ballads. You simply have to sing along to the classics "Whiskey In The Jar", "Seven Drunken Nights" and "The Irish Rover"!
