On Saturday, September 14, visitors to Hoppegraten Racecourse will enjoy their weekend with top sporting performances, exciting bets and a good mood in the beautiful beer garden. The RENNTAG DER WIRTSCHAFT is the only Saturday race day in the 2024 Hoppegarten racing calendar, so it's far from over after the last race! The evening can be rounded off with live music and cool drinks in one of Berlin's most beautiful beer gardens.

A race day at Hoppegarten is the perfect day out for families and kids - the athletic thoroughbreds can be admired up close in the lead ring or at 60 kilometers per hour on the home straight.

The youngest gallop fans can win small prizes in a children's fun bet or test their jockey talent in a pony ride.

Star jockeys will be on hand to answer children's questions at the "Kids ask - jockeys answer" talk show.

The bouncy castle and bungee trampoline are great ways to burn off some energy.

It will also be exciting for the adults. The racecourse, with its spacious lawns and the charm of the 100-year-old grandstands, has a folk festival atmosphere. The food trucks in the beer garden under old trees are just as popular as the picnic lawn in front of grandstand II. Try the thrill of a small bet during the seven races of the day - 2 euros for a win or a place is all it takes.

Children up to the age of 12 accompanied by an adult have free admission to the race days.
