Does the term “political zoology” mean anything to you? It was Aristotle who once taught that man is a “zoon politikon,” a political animal. And isn't it precisely the animal in humans that people should listen to more often?

For example in environmental protection. All animals are uncompromising energy savers from birth. An example of this would be the sea squirts, which are able to do amazing things: when they are young, they swim through the sea, stick to a rock somewhere, and because they no longer need their brain, they simply digest the unnecessary organ. If that's not a form of radical recycling! On the other hand, many people find the topic of sustainability much more difficult.

True to the motto: “I would ride my bike to work, but unfortunately the damn thing doesn’t fit in the trunk!”

Philipp Weber's program “POWER TO THE POPEL” is an exciting expedition through the fauna and flora of the state. In times when representatives of the people and those who distort the people are constantly pleading the crisis of civil society, the cabaret artist practices the most valuable democratic virtue with his audience: humor. Because aren't comedy, wit and esprit the most dazzling weapons of a defensive democracy? And anyone who can smile at their thoughts and actions with the necessary irony will not become a victim of their own narrow-mindedness.

This is how true democrats laugh primarily at one thing: themselves. So laugh along and protect democracy.
