Hanging scrolls, folded books and the art of telling stories

Around the stupa, a traditional Buddhist structure, there are register-like reliefs that tell stories. Roll-outs such as Patuas and Thangkas have a similar narrative structure. Inspired by this, children and adults create their own scroll pictures and leporellos together.
