Please note that there may be delays at the security checkpoint or at the lifts. Due to security reasons wheelchair users and people who currently have limited mobility, such as those who are unable to move without assistance or aids such as crutches etc., are unfortunately not permitted to access the Berlin TV Tower. The access with pets is also not allowed.

Please hand in your jacket free of charge at the cloakroom in the entrance area. It is not possible to switch between the observation deck and the restaurant.

Ticket validity after purchase

Valid for the booked date and time. Admission can only take place at the booked time. Please bring your ticket for scanning in and out (either as a printout of the PDF or to display on your smartphone). At the entry time stated on your ticket, and when requested by our staff, you will pass through security checkpoint.
