The largest and most famous department store in Berlin is KaDeWe on Kurfürstendamm. Here you can experience exclusive shopping over six floors. Old turns into new: you can find second-hand, vintage and upcycling stores throughout the city. You can also find bargains at the outlet stores in the city.

Our tip: Several times a year, shops in Berlin are allowed to open on Sunday too.

Unlike other German cities, Berlin does not have a central pedestrian zone. In addition to the two most famous shopping miles, Kurfürstendamm and Friedrichstraße, there are many quarters with their own individual character. We’ve created an overview for you.
