Max Porter

Just a few days after the death of his wife, the father's doorbell rings. He opens it and looks into the face of a huge crow. "I'm not leaving until you don't need me anymore," announces the feathered animal and moves in with the young widower and his two children. Max Porter's novel serves as the template for this production about grief and the sometimes shocking, grotesque, but also liberating way of dealing with it. A topic that concerns everyone and nobody likes.
