n.b.k. Facade

Santiago Sierra has been photographing teeth since 2008: Teeth of Sinti and Roma in Naples, of migrants in Tijuana, of refugees from the Middle East and many more. These works are emblematic of Sierra's oeuvre, which often deals with the ‘re-humanisation’ of groups of people who have been dehumanised by the economy, migration and prejudice.
