At the Quatsch Comedy Hot Shot, a well-known comedian introduces several up-and-coming comedy talents. They have just six minutes to impress the audience – applause decides who advances to the next round!

Quatsch Comedy Hot Shot
The founder of the Quatsch Comedy Club, Thomas Hermanns, has always placed great importance on promoting young talent. Thus, in 2003, the "talent factory," now known as the Quatsch Comedy Hot Shot, was launched. There, an experienced comedian presents the country's best comedy newcomers on the world-famous Quatsch Comedy Club stage.
Around 1,000 participants from all over the world have tried their hand at our stage in recent years. These include names like Felix Lobrecht, Ben Schmid, Tobias Freudenthal, and, of course, the ever-popular Cindy from Marzahn.
Each participant has just six minutes to prove that they truly deserve the coveted title of "Hot Shot." The audience takes on the role of talent scout and decides with applause who advances to the next round in the battle for the title of "Quatsch Comedy Hot Shot."
Whoever manages to be voted Audience Favorite three times in a row at the shows receives the "golden ticket" and is allowed to perform in the legendary live show of the Quatsch Comedy Club.
