Cologne-born rapper Eko Fresh is embarking on a promotional tour and will be presenting his 13th studio album ‘Elijah’ at the Gropius Passagen in Berlin-Neukölln on 9 August 2024. From 6 pm to 7.30 pm, visitors will have the opportunity to experience Eko Fresh live and to meet him on site and get behind the scenes.

Eko Fresh is an integral part of the German rap scene.
He started rapping at the age of 15, rap legend Kool Savas brought him to Berlin when he was 17 and Eko released his first album in 2003. Over the years, he has already released 12 albums and is now on tour for his 13th record. But Eko Fresh, whose real name is Ekrem Bora, can also be seen and heard as an actor, dubbing artist and in television productions.
With a blend of redefined sounds and Eko's honest lyrical style, Freezy once again delivers an album that honours his career to date as one of the most successful artists, as well as reflecting his personal and artistic development. Eko dedicates this album to the past and the new and his ability to stay true to himself throughout the years.
‘Elijah’ will be released on 9 August with a variety of honest lyrics and catchy sounds.
On the same day, he will be stopping off at the Gropius Passagen for an exclusive meet & greet. Of course, he will also be performing songs from the new album. The event will take place in the atrium of the Gropius Passagen and is free of charge for all enthusiastic fans and visitors to the centre and can be attended without prior registration.
